Beer and FREE nibbles, what a way to end a ride!

G’Day All

Well, why don’t they have this back home? Guess where i’d rather be now? Yes that’s right, we found a nice little wine bar around the corner in a square from our apartment, when you order a beer or wine out comes this great array of nibbles, gratis, no prizes for guessing our favorite watering hole.

Had a very relaxing ride yesterday, headed out towards Montegrimano, some nice gentle climbs and great views from the ridges, the sun was shining and we had a couple of nice coffee stops, they arent very long as 2 mouth fulls of coffee and it’s empty, then back at Riccione i showed Teresa a nice bakery where we again stopped for coffee and cakes mmm.

Hope everyone is enjoying the nite crits Scott and the boys are putting on sounds like great fun,.

Well check out my latest fotos and will catch you all soon.

Cheers

A Big week coming up

Lunch at Villagrande

G’Day All

Well this week at the Belvedere will be pumping, they will have over 130 guests in as on sunday its the 36th, Nove Colli Gran Fondo, which means nine hills in Italian, they have a cut off limit of, wait for it, 11,000 cyclists, yes 11,000.

Unfortunatly for me or maybe with all those riders fortunatly i wont be riding, but will be volunteering in the Belvedere support tent and feed station for the guests that ride one of the 2 distances, the biggy is 200km and the small is 130km.

Have added a few more photos and have tried to upload some videos on youtube but it doesnt seem to want to play.

Have had a ride today, the last being on Wed, went to Spadarolo thu and luckily got a ride in today and will even get one sun.

The weather here is great with warm days and blue skies. Did a big ride to San Leo and Villagrande to do some videoing, rode back with Teresa after lunch which was a good ride.

Last week we headed off along the panoramica road and had coffee at Fiorenzuola, then we ventured down to Pesaro where we had lunch on the waterfront of the Adriatic Sea, then a nice leisurely ride back and ice cream for T along the way.

Hope everyone is well back at home and enjoying the upcoming winter.

Cheers
